What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

How do I care for t-shirts, hoodies, hats, dress and more

T-Shirts:

Wash with like colours – Machine wash cold – Do not bleach – Tumble dry low – Do not iron

Hoodies:

Wash inside out – Wash with like colours – Machine wash cold – Do not bleach – Tumble dry low – Do not iron

Hats:

DO NOT WASH HATS

Beanies:

Step 1: Sink with cold water

Step 2: Add a teaspoon of laundry detergent

Step 3: Place your beanie in the water and move it around for about 5 minutes. Do NOT scrub, wring or twist the hat… just swirl it around.

Step 4: Drain out the soapy water and fill it up with cold clean water. Swirl your beanie around in water and repeat until the water is clear.

Step 5: Put the beanie on a dry towel, and carefully roll the towel to press firmly and remove excess water. Do NOT wring or twist.

Step 6: Let it air dry, completely.

Dresses:

How long does customization take?

For customized items, please give up to 7 days to provide you with the mock-up for your approval. As soon as you approve the mock-up, we will start the production and ship your item(s) within 3 business days.

When will my order arrive? How long does shipping take?

All orders are processing within 2 – 7 business days. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

When will I receive tracking information?

As soon as your order is prepared and packages, we’ll send you the tracking code by email.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

Due to high order volume, we need time to pack your order and prepare it for shipment, so we can’t do the same-day shipping, unfortunately.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

My order was lost or stolen. What do I do?

Please contact your local post office as soon as possible to find out the whereabouts of your package

What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after placing it?

We’ll be happy to help but please let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order.
